Karime, the founder of HighUp Counselling & Psychology Services, is a compassionate and highly trained registered therapist with a deep commitment to holistic mental health. With master’s degrees in both Criminology and Psychology, Karime integrates academic expertise with extensive clinical experience to deliver a personalized, integrative, and results-oriented approach to therapy.
Karime holds certifications and advanced training in a diverse range of psychological and therapeutic interventions .

Selma is a dedicated and reliable member of the HighUp Counselling administrative team. She completed her diploma in Northern Italy, where she developed strong skills in bookkeeping, organizing, and general administrative support. Selma is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm interpersonal approach. She brings excellent time-management abilities, a proactive attitude, and a genuine commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues. Often described as the ‘hero behind the scenes,’ Selma ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her calm, solution-oriented mindset and strong work ethic make her an invaluable part of the HighUp Counselling team.
